- If you wish to exchange the item you purchased, kindly send e-mail to email@example.com and we will do the needful for you. You can also proceed to one of our stores and request an exchange, providing an invoice and an item with the tag.
- Items applicable for exchanges must have original tags attached to them, with no exceptions.
- Items applicable for exchanges must remain unworn, unwashed, and in good condition, with no exceptions.
- Items with Sale over 70% OFF may not be exchanged, with no exceptions.
- For hygienic reasons, briefs, tights, panties, underwear, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms won’t be exchanged, no exceptions.
- Exchange requests should be appealed within 7 days from the delivery of the order.
- Initial shipping fees are not refundable.
Refunds Policy :
- Please note that no refunds on orders are available, except if you have received a wrong item. In this case refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
