EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

   If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are free to return the purchased products within 14 days from receiving the order, the item has to be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Refund Process for Payment on Delivery (COD):

You will be refunded the amount with a voucher (discount code) applicable on the website of the returned product's value. Please note the refund will only be processed  if the product is received in the original condition with all tags in place.

Refund Process for Credit  & Debit card Payment:

The amount will be refunded to the card with which the payment was made. Usually, it takes around 7 to 14 working days (depends on the type of card and the bank) of our receipt of the product .
